Dedicated Manufacturing Unit
The dedicated manufacturing unit helps cater bulk requirements of a specific client, formally known as the Principal Client. The production lines in these units have specific competencies as
required for the product manufacturing. These units are responsible for the entire product life cycle i.e., from start-to-finish. Dedicated units thus cater to client specific blueprints, design, and equipment to meet set production capacity. All the parameters and processes in these
units are finalized together with the Principal Client.
In terms of project execution and management Khushboo Beauty Care is responsible for all the underlying investment for a duration agreed upon along with the client. The Principal Client thus guarantees a minimum number of years to avail the facility based on either ROI or Cost
Plus methods.

The anchor-tenant business concept is taken from the principle of co-production. This model allows the manufacturing unit to cater to various clients without changing the setup. In simple terms, the anchor based units are not dedicated to the principal client but share their capabilities with various companies. The anchor-tenant in this case enjoys all the privileges of a principal client but shares the premises with several other minor clients. Anchor-Tenant units often cater to the diverse demands and help clients meet volatility of the market while addressing the location and cost constraints.

To ensure all products reach the users in optimum conditions we offer a validation of shipping/packaging configurations. Our validation and logistics teams work with the clients, the packaging suppliers and distribution partners to design a configuration bespoke to their
product and ensure the solution is fit for purpose.
